PMO Analyst 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Hybrid Working - Central London Salary up to £35-40k benefits Exciting opportunity to work within the wider PMO team, helping with the establishment of the PMO. Key Responsibilities: Keeping project plans, risk logs, and schedules up to date and on track. Preparing clear and timely project updates for senior stakeholders and steering committees. Tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to keep progress aligned with timelines. Managing budgets, purchase orders, and resource allocation. Collaborating with internal and external teams, including SI, vendors, and SMEs. Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and communications, with minutes, follow-ups and actions monitored. Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. About you: Experienced in project support / PMO roles within large-scale transformations, ideally SAP or other ERP transformations. Comfortable with PM tools and software (Monday.com, Microsoft Project, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, JIRA etc), governance frameworks and maintaining project documentation repositories. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused. Confident working with stakeholders at all levels. A natural multitasker with excellent communication skills.
