A fantastic opportunity to be involved in the provision of responsive care and support, particularly at night, to children who have complex emotional and social needs using a considered and therapeutically informed approach to ensure children and young people are safe, well and cared for.
If successful, you will be working as part of a small staff team who provide support and a person-centred service to children and young people aged 6-18 years. This post is an overnight role, working from 10pm until 7.30am for the most part, and will include weekend and bank holiday working, as well as attendance at team meetings and reflective practice sessions.
