GLF Schools are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing.
Your opportunity
As the Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing payroll for a specified group of schools. You will manage payroll tasks such as accurate data entry, reconciliation of payroll reports, and responding to employee queries related to pay and pensions. You will be the first point of contact for payroll and pension enquiries, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently or escalated to the Payroll & Pensions Manager when needed. The successful candidate will be based at the GLF Office in Earlsfield Business Centre, Earlsfield. Occasional hybrid working can be agreed upon discussion.

What we are looking for:
• Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role, ideally in an educational or public sector setting would be beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to liaise with both internal teams and external providers
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
• A proactive approach with the ability to maintain high standards of service delivery

Pay Scale: Specialist - £27,204 - £32,000 FTE
Hours:36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
