In this role, you will be entrusted with a portfolio of our valued customers to manage and develop, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is an exciting industry, and Lesar is a leading supplier of ID solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of Lesar UK customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Conduct Teams meetings with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Requirements: Proven experience in sales and account management. Strong ability to work to targets and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoys being on the phone and engaging with clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
