This role, specifically for an International Account Director, will be varied and rewarding; these are some of the key requirements: CLIENTS: We are looking for an experienced International Account Director to join our team. We pride ourselves on producing first-class work and client service. We want to find someone who can build on strong relationships with existing clients, who knows how to manage stakeholders and bring excellent interpersonal skills to the role. You will have a strong network of international clients and agency contacts. PEOPLE: You will have a strong desire to immerse yourself in the whole team. You will work closely with the Business Director and Head of Sales to maximise opportunities and drive revenue. The sales team is a strong unit, with a focus on sharing ideas, being proactive and working as a team. We are looking for someone that shares those traits and wants to contribute their own energy, spirit, and ideas. PRODUCT: You will leverage your knowledge of the digital space to educate and advise clients, helping to devise and plan the most compelling campaigns. You will be responsible for selling our sales offerings. A major part of your role will be promoting our planning product to your clients and agencies. Our geo-contextual product, fuelled by exclusive data, allows us to talk to clients, planners, digital and AV teams. You will be working with products that are being planned at agencies across multiple markets. GROWTH: You will own, drive, and deliver business targets for our clients and revenue targets for the company. We are looking for someone to use their skills as a natural networker and proactive salesperson to help achieve continuous growth. We will continue promoting our sustainability credentials and using our carbon calculator to grow our business with clients who are concerned about their carbon emissions. You will be expected to build this into your sales strategy. Key Responsibilities CLIENTS: Foster close working relationships with key agency digital and planning teams across international markets. Build business plans for key clients and work within the sales framework of nurturing and growing clients. Ability to innovate, craft proposals to pitch and present with confidence to drive new business. Represent the company while entertaining clients and lead proactive agency initiatives. PEOPLE: Work closely with the sales team and Head of Planning to drive new opportunities and drive revenue. Spark collaboration of ideas and innovation to build upon our reputation with clients and agencies. PRODUCT: Identify opportunities to drive innovation on media plans. Propose new product solutions, based on client needs, at pitch and pre-planning stages. Keep up to date with products and services. GROWTH: Identify opportunities for revenue growth and approach clients with options. Use learnings from historic campaigns and develop plans to grow and nurture your client base. Have an understanding of the issues with carbon emissions and a desire to promote our sustainability message. Person Profile At least 4 years’ experience working in Media with a focus on international markets. Proven track record of dealing with and growing digital revenue from agencies. Proven track record in building revenue-driving customer relationships and ability to drive ongoing renewals with incremental business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare client-ready documents. Proven ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities. Excellent with numbers and a strong eye for detail. Advanced proficiency with presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet software. Existing network of contacts within international media agencies and client organizations.
