Our Client has a requirement for a Sales Team Leader, who will be required to work on a permanent basis in Irlam.
Job Role Responsibilities:
* Interact with and motivate the Desk Sales / Telesales team. Operate call coaching, call listening, second voice closing and sales training.
* Monitor productivity levels of Desk Sales / Telesales team, reporting daily to the National Desk Based Sales Manager any areas for improvement.
* Provide reports on coaching of staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on metrics defined by Sales Operations.
* Managing of lunch & break rota to maintain cover across core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri - liaising with National Desk Based Sales Manager to manage FTE resources, holiday cover and expanding FTE coverage from 09:00 to 20:00 Mon-Fri.
* Maintain management supervision in the sales office during core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri. Presence in the office minimum 3 days per week, office duties / rota to be shared with National Desk Based Sales Manager to maintain supervision during core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri.
