Position: Loft Coordinator - Part Time
This is your opportunity to advance your career in a leadership role. As the Loft Coordinator, you will manage the Loft to ensure it is prepared for daily operations.
What you’ll do:
1. Coordinate Loft events, demo programs, and store events (including cooking classes, room rental for community and corporate events).
2. Coordinate in-store demo programs and schedule demonstrators.
3. Prepare food and beverage orders for customers.
4. Support store events and celebrations.
5. Provide exceptional customer service.
What we are looking for:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning.
2. Understanding of financials with a proven track record of meeting targets.
3. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Knowledge of WHMIS, Food Safety, and Health & Safety practices.
5. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
6. Ownership and urgency in resolving issues.
7. Effective communication and listening skills.
8. Strong creativity and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work in a retail environment.
10. Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
11. Willingness to travel for off-site events.
