Your caseload will include domicile disputes, challenges concerning the validity or construction of wills, acting for trustees and beneficiaries concerning breach of trust claims, applications for directions or removal, claims under the Inheritance Act, Property beneficial ownership / TLATA disputes, Professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts or tax advice.
This role has come about due to organic growth in the department, and would suit an ambitious Solicitor looking to progress their career and ready for the next step.

Requirements & Remuneration:
1. You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
2. You will ideally have experience with court of protection work
3. You will have strong business development capabilities and first-class communication skills
4. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience
