Digital Learning Lead
Open to most GTUK locations + hybrid working

This team is focused on enhancing and transforming the design and delivery of learning across the organisation. Collectively, we encompass industry technical experience with expertise in education, technology, and creativity to deliver engaging, effective, and innovative learning.
A look into the role
As a Digital Learning Lead within our Learning Innovation team, you will:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Learning Strategy aligned to the latest trends and technologies; ensuring our firm remains at the forefront of innovation.
2. Design, develop, and deliver engaging and interactive eLearning content using appropriate authoring tools and platforms.
3. Manage content lifecycle & governance to ensure our learning remains relevant, effective and compliant with Continuing Professional Development requirements.
4. Lead and manage digital learning projects, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and digital vendors.
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Digital Learning Lead, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
1. Proven creativity and innovation in designing digital learning experiences.
2. Extensive experience in digital instructional design.
3. Proficiency with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
4. Proven record of championing and implementing the use of digital learning curricula.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way:
1. Good knowledge of SCORM and web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS).
2. A global mindset and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, languages, and geographies.
3. Strong knowledge and experience of learning theories, assessments, and evaluation methods, and a thorough understanding of Adult Learning Principles.
4. Ability to analyse and assess learning needs and outcomes.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong collaboration skills to work with SMEs and other stakeholders.
8. Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.
9. Experience of managing learning design teams.
