Proficient IT skill, specifically in Microsoft Excel Excellent organisation skills Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills A team player, but has the ability to use their initiative and effectively manage their workload Proactive and eager to learn What does our Sales Administrator actually do? Processing customer orders, quotation and other customer related requests and queries. Support the Envirovent sales functions and strive to an effortless experience for our customers. Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability. Configure CRM settings, workflows, and user roles based on organizational requirements. Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, cleansing, and maintenance. Develop and enforce data quality standards and protocols. Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide ongoing support to CRM users, addressing technical issues and user inquiries. Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on CRM functionalities and best practices. Create and update user documentation and manuals. Generate and distribute regular CRM reports and dashboards to key stakeholders. Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with departments to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Work with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business applications. Stay up-to-date with CRM software updates and new features, and implement relevant changes. Lead CRM enhancement projects to optimize system capabilities and user experience. Still interested?
