Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as the 'Medicines Lead' at North Downs, managing medicine procurement for the site and supporting the safe and effective management of stock. Working under the direction of the Pharmacy team at Ashtead Hospital, the post holder will work as a member of the wider health care professional team at North Downs to provide patient care and support delivery of the clinical governance agenda.

Pharmacy Technician North Downs Hospital, Caterham Part-time, 24 hours a week across 5 days North Downs Hospital is one of Surrey's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Located within the M25, close to the centre of Caterham, the hospital opened in 1974 and currently has 15 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and a daycase suite. 1. Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacy Technician
2. We require you to have clear and confident communication skills, be patient focused and have at least 1-year post registration hospital pharmacy experience. A warm, considerate and empathetic character
3. A commitment to support individuals and assist as necessary with activities of daily living including personal care/therapy, social, emotional, and recreational needs and aspirations.
4. The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
