Location: Cardiff
Rate: £28-£30 an hour
Contract: Temporary
Role: Stock Condition Surveyor
Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor include:
Completing full stock condition reports on these properties
Using MRI Inspection software to input all information and pictures
Collate detailed stock condition information
Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
