Our Rehabilitation Wardsprovidesdischarge to assess, medical optimisation, sub-acute medical and rehabilitation care to older patients across the East of Berkshire.

• Clinical -Work autonomously ensuring the delivery of safe,effectiveand evidenced based practiceand actively support colleagues within this field.

The 3 “must haves” for you to be considered for this role:
• 1stLevelcurrent NMC registration (RGN or RN (adult)
• Leadership/ management qualification, or willing to complete
• Previousexperience at band 6 working within a ward environment
