As a Supervisor, you will oversee the staff team, offering guidance, supervision, and coaching. Your responsibilities will include support planning, reviewing care, and ensuring all tasks are completed through regular checks. You will collaborate closely with the Sense Scotland Management Team, the families of those we support, and other professionals. This Role Could Be For You If You hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or other specialty recognised by the SSSC for registration purposes) You can be flexible; able to work days, evenings, and weekends You have experience of supporting culture change in the work environment You have strong IT and office organisational skills You have excellent knowledge and experience of person-centred practice You have the ability to coach and mentor colleagues You can challenge poor or unsafe practice; championing good practice and person-centred support for the individuals' using services. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 37 hours per week. At our Coatbridge service, we provide 24-hour housing support to six adults aged 24 to 60, each with their own or shared tenancy. These individuals have diverse needs, including learning disabilities, physical difficulties, and communication support requirements.
