Job Title: New Home Sales Executive
Location : St Neots
Salary : £30,000(OTE £50,000-£55,000)
Hours : 9.00-5.30 Mon-Fri and Saturday 1 in 3

Purpose of the role
* A key player for the New homes division supporting the sales progression of an impressive site.
* Managing the full 360 sales process including aftersales. Ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the general presentation of the site and the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
2. Ensure that all relevant information required to be able to give full and accurate information to purchasers is available ad maintained at all times
3. Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate the product.
4. Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors on a regular basis.
5. Ensure customer journey and milestones are met are done for all purchasers.
6. Proactively work with the Sales Manager and colleagues to suggest ideas to achieve increased Sales....
