Security Charging Analyst Salary : £39,034 Excellent Benefits Location : High Wycombe / Hybrid Working (2 days per week in the office, 3 days working from home) We are seeking a Security Charging Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will lead and manage treasury documentation requirements, ensuring properties are efficiently prepared for charging. You will collaborate with internal departments, lenders, solicitors, and valuers to coordinate processes and resolve documentation requirements, ensuring the Group's loan facilities are adequately secured. Key Responsibilities: Engage with internal teams and external partners to bring properties into charge, resolving any documentation issues. Address and rectify any property or scheme issues that may impede efficient charging or optimisation of property value. Collaborate with the Development team to review new scheme documentation concerning security charging and valuation implications. Compile and efficiently file necessary documentation to expedite the charging of completed development schemes. Stay informed of legislative or regulatory developments affecting property charging or valuation potential. Manage the Group's loan security position, ensuring all loan facilities are adequately secured. Identify and maintain a pipeline of property security tranches to meet forecasted needs. Coordinate documentation and processes for any releases from charge. Provide support for routine treasury operational matters as required. Seek opportunities to develop, document, and improve the charging process. Assist the Assistant Finance Director – Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Manager with the provision of quarterly performance reports to the board and external stakeholders. About You: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security charging principles and possess excellent time management and organisational skills. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A background in Development or Treasury environments and a formal legal qualification would be advantageous.
