Rates: £750 Daily Rate Inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS (DBS, Financial Probity, Employment History) + Medical Questionnaire & Proof of Right to Work in the UK
As part of the Client Marine Team's Cable Installation Discipline and Project Marine Installation Package, reporting to Package Manager and Project T&I Engineering Lead, the Cable Installation Engineer will be technical point of contact for all scopes related to installation of the projects' Array Cables.
The candidate will have strong technical competence w.r.t Inter Array Cables Installation, good communication skills, and relevant experience interfacing with a multidiscipline engineering team, Cable Suppliers, T&I Contractors, TSOs and external consultants
Responsibilities:
Expected to work with sufficient autonomy and lead the technical aspects of the Cable Installation scope all along the project life cycle.
Analyse, recommend and optimise offshore installation and logistic concepts and methodologies from early design up to the offshore campaign, (including route engineering, CBRAs, CPS design, cable pull ins)
Support Key project tender activities including development of technical requirements, evaluation of technical proposals and contract negotiations.
