An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as an Account Manager for Lifecycle Services at Emerson, looking after our Install Base clients in the Scotland region. You will play a pivotal role in renewing and growing Long-Term Service Agreements, whilst promoting our innovative Software, Solutions and Services to our clients. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of available market and business opportunities for Lifecycle Services within the Distributed Control Systems market.
2. Utilize territory planning to maximize effectiveness and customer facing selling activities.
3. Identify new and actively engage with existing customers within territory by promoting unique product solutions and understanding their business drivers and goals.
4. Maintain and increase the customer base by developing, aligning and supporting the relations between all levels of Emerson's and the Customer's organizations.
5. Increase Emerson Lifecycle Services market share with targeted competitor displacement across all industry sectors.
6. Actively and productively utilize the available sales processes, including Solution Selling, Critical Site Plans, CRM and Performance Dashboard (Whitespace).
7. Continuously forecast the territory expectations and update the ongoing business planning tools for relevant reviews.
8. Actively collaborate with Regional Business teams across our full portfolio of products to maximize Emerson, Lifecycle Services.
9. Liaise with internal and external sales teams in product knowledge sharing, planning and execution activities to continuously improve the customer service levels.
10. Obtain market intelligence to position Lifecycle Services offerings and Solutions effectively at highest winning margin.

For This Role, You Will Need:
1. Proven Field Sales experience with consistent record in winning projects and services.
2. Relationship building, communication, influencing, negotiation, and customer service skills.
3. Live within reasonable daily commutable distance to the Sales Territory (Aberdeen and Central Scotland).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
1. Knowledge of Lifecycle Services for DCS / SIS / PCS.
