HR Software Customer Experience Operations Manager – Manage and lead a team of 20 in a growth role. This is a senior leadership position aimed at providing first-class customer experience for existing software clients. A strong understanding of HR, combined with team management and leadership experience in a similar role, is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Manage and lead a department of 21, providing HR support and HR administration.
2. Support customers with SaaS queries, HR advice, and help SMEs get the most from their HR outsourced services and software.
3. Ensure adherence to quality, performance, and service level standards.
4. Ownership and development of the HR documentation and consultancy service.
5. Support the advice team with data or insights on client/advisor usage and engagement.
6. Assist in the development of internal or customer-facing material that encourages usage and engagement of the range of products and features.
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
1. Leadership and man management experience are essential.
2. Experience from an HR and customer-related business background.
3. CIPD Level 5 (double bonus).
4. Strong problem-solving skills and SLA management experience.
5. Ability to motivate a team and set an example.
