Job Title: Band 5 Registered Nurse
Salary: £45000 - £50000 per annum
Benefits: Level 6 neuroscience nursing course, Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a high standard of individualised care to patients, acting as a role model.
2. Support the NIC, Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in driving quality care provision forward.
3. Be responsible for standards of cleanliness in their own clinical area in partnership with the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.
4. Provide clear clinical leadership to junior staff, supporting the Junior Sister and deputising for the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in her/his absence.
