Position Summary:
As a business with a global presence and multiple websites, it is vital that we effectively present our products and services to our customers using our online platforms. You will be a key driver in developing and implementing our eCommerce strategy, ensuring our online presence is both engaging and seamless. Your role will focus on maintaining the accuracy and appeal of our product listings, refining the customer journey, and optimizing our digital platforms to provide an effortless and rewarding shopping experience. Through your expertise, you will enhance the efficiency and performance of our online sales channels, making it easier than ever for customers to explore and purchase our products with confidence.
This is an on-site role located at our offices between Alcester and Stratford Upon Avon. This is a full-time position working hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You may occasionally be asked to support with events and activities outside of these hours.
For the right candidate we are willing to discuss part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Product Database – Oversee the master product database, ensuring all listings are accurate and up to date.
2. Website product listings – Manage and maintain website product listings ensuring appropriate presentation and accuracy, including final quality checks. Ensure naming conventions and SKU conventions are being followed.
3. Content Creation – Capture and edit high-quality product images for use across e-commerce platforms.
4. Price & Product Updates – Maintain and implement price and product revisions while enforcing the product change policy including master pricing in ZOHO books.
5. Enhance Customer Journey – Lead initiatives to improve the online shopping experience and streamline navigation.
6. Support Digital Enhancements – Research and evaluate website improvements, including cost analysis and investment justification.
7. Third-party shop listings – Manage and optimize listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Google, and eBay.
8. User Testing & SKU Alignment – Support user testing initiatives and ensure SKU consistency across all platforms.
9. Collaborate with Developers – Work closely with web developers to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the website operates smoothly and efficiently.
10. Price & Competitor Monitoring – Regularly review product pricing, monitor competitor strategies, and report to the management team.
11. Customer Payment options – Support implementation and ensure clarity and accuracy for payment options like Klarna and Payment Assist.
12. Website Performance Monitoring – Track website functionality, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
13. Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify new ways to enhance the customer experience and maintain a seamless shopping experience.
14. Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to maintain product accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms.
15. Support the wider team where required.
Skills and Experience:

8. Product photography and image editing – Experience in capturing and editing high-quality images for use across websites and eCommerce platforms.
9. Proven expertise in WordPress & WooCommerce – Proven ability to manage and optimize eCommerce platforms effectively.
10. Minimum 3 Years of eCommerce Experience – Demonstrated success in a similar role, with hands-on experience in online retail operations.
11. An active interest in cars and the automotive industry.
12. Automotive industry experience, ideally in a retail environment.
13. Knowledge of website development.
14. API implementation knowledge.
15. Wider knowledge and awareness of Marketing disciplines.
16. Experience of using the ZOHO Suite.
