We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Procurement for TK Elevator. You will lead our Procurement department, responsible for the direct management of all colleagues in the department. This role includes the ongoing management of our Procurement strategy & activity and ensuring optimal supplier performance and price. You will develop and implement a strategy to ensure the function is operating in line with the objectives of the business to add value, mitigate supply chain risk, and deliver cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and contract management to deliver continuous improvement in the delivery of goods and services by the supply base.
2. Work with the Procurement team to translate strategy into specific annual performance goals and departmental objectives including KPIs.

* Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development.
* Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders both internal and external.
* Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
