Halifax Drive is located in Leicester. It offers residential support for 33 males and females who have a learning disability, who may also be autistic. We are located in a residential area off a main road.
Our team is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people we support, helping them to have a fun and meaningful life which they have full control of.
We can also support those who have:
1. Difficulties with communication
2. Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
3. Epilepsy
The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance, and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible. You and your team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of community, staff involvement activities, and other initiatives.
Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the service's success.
