Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Director to lead and expand high-density colocation sales operations. The role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, driving growth with enterprise colocation clients, and focusing on high-density solutions for large-scale deals (1MW+).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team targeting enterprise colocation clients.
* Drive sales of colocation services, emphasising high-density computing solutions.
* Focus on securing large-scale deals of 1MW+ with a potential annual target of 50-55MW.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate enterprise sectors, including banking and other data-heavy industries.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and client management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions.
* Support the transition of responsibilities into client management as the client base grows.
