Previous store management experience is essential, either at Manager or Assistant Manager level. We are looking for excellent proven organisational, merchandising and customer service skills in a retail environment and the drive to achieve sales targets. Attention to detail and initiative are required, as is a flexible approach with a hard-working, friendly and outgoing manner. Overseeing store pricing and stock control
Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
Setting store sales targets and motivating the team to meet them
Planning and directing enticing visual merchandising
Ensuring excellence in housekeeping
Liaising with head office and other stores
