Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting guests
2. Checking guests in via the company app and Outlook
3. Diary room management via Outlook
4. Getting involved in company-wide events
5. Managing meeting rooms
6. Arranging catering for meetings and events
7. Assisting with meeting rooms
Requirements:
1. Prior Reception/Customer service experience desirable but not essential
2. Available immediately
