The Opportunity
We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our sales team and contribute to business development. In the role you'll support the sales team whilst also enjoying ownership of smaller opportunities, guiding clients through the sales process. To ensure your success you will enjoy access to the latest training and qualifications to become a true expert in your field, alongside support and guidance from team members and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing and developing client accounts, helping to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Take ownership of smaller sales opportunities, driving them through the sales cycle.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales documentation to prospective clients, contributing to pitches and client meetings.
* Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
* Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and sales progress.
* Assist with organising client meetings, follow-up communications, and coordination with internal teams.
* Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to support the sales strategy.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a technology or digital commerce setting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and manage smaller sales opportunities with guided support.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with clients.
* High levels of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
* UK based, comfortable working remotely or hybrid from our Bristol office.
