Overview
My client based in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, offering a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 and hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Part-time job share options are available with hours of either 7:00 am – 2:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, with a salary dependent on experience.
Main responsibilities:
* Operate 5 on-the-road Engineers.
* Check receipts and sign off cash payments.
* Order stock and process orders from various suppliers.
* Ensure all vehicles are taxed, serviced, insured, and have MOTs.
* Email suppliers and customers.
* Send off all sub-contractor paperwork.
* Obtain reviews and feedback from customers via phone and email.
* Book sales appointments and fitting dates with customers, coordinating with the diary.
* Process sales inquiries and orders for parts in the system.
* Design small marketing campaigns for social media and websites.
* Post out receipts and guarantees.
* Handle customer complaints.
* Ensure all invoices are paid, correctly filed, and follow up on payments where necessary.
