Logistics Planning Manager
Your Role:
Based directly at our client’s site, a world-renowned aerospace supplier, your role will be to improve supply chain logistics performance.
Your key tasks include:
* Processing orders and forecasts.
* Monitoring logistics performance: developing action plans, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and analyzing workload/capacity.
* Tracking work-in-progress: supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD).
* Coordinating with purchasing, quality, and engineering teams.
What We Are Looking For:
* Engineering degree or master's in logistics or supply chain management.
* First experience in logistics, preferably in the industrial sector (automotive, aerospace, railway).
* Knowledge of Air Supply and quality methodologies (VSM, SCMH audit, 8D/QRQC) is appreciated.
* Fluency in English and frequent travel.
Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure all planning and logistics operations comply with aerospace-specific standards (e.g., AS9102, ISO 9001).
* Conduct risk assessments related to scheduling delays, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory changes.
* Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen operational challenges.
