We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who can work closely with our colleagues in the business to understand, the challenges they face in terms of technology solutions, their processes and needs, and with technical ICT staff to ensure our current and new systems are fit for purpose. What will my working week look like? You will be homebased, living within the Northwest, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses when needed. Realistically, you will be required to visit our Head Office approximately 3-4 times a month. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will ensure that all technology solutions are fit for purpose by understanding our customers and colleagues needs. Documenting, in the form of user stories, functional & technical requirements and articulating them at all Agile/SCRUM ceremonies. You will provide support to the Project Manager and/or Delivery Lead to ensure successful technical project implementations. You will work closely with Architects and DevOps Teams to continually improve our existing solutions to improve efficiency whilst ensuring alignment to ICT security and architectural principles.
* A highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.
* Significant experience of developing & documenting new business requirements, challenging where needed.
* Demonstratable business analysis skills and strong problem-solving ability.
* Significant experience of ICT, and business/industry work experience, including business analysis tools and techniques.
* Knowledge of data collection, recording, data analysis and interpretation using quantities and qualitative methods.
* Knowledge of housing specific technology.
* Agile delivery knowledge (SCRUM)
