Responsibilities: Assembling products with precision, requiring nimble fingers for handling small components. Meeting production targets while ensuring quality standards are consistently upheld. Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining a clean and safe working area. Requirements: Nimble fingers with excellent hand-eye coordination. Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work. A proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous production or assembly experience is advantageous but not essential. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00 Friday: 07:30 - 13:00 Starting wage: £11.44 per hour Potential pay increase to £12.44 per hour after continued service. Overtime available at the normal rate (voluntary, no premium). Full training provided, with career progression opportunities available for the right candidates.
