Your keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring every project operates smoothly and efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have proven site experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as the usual and relevant Site Management Qualifications. Job Details: Once you’re fully up to speed, you’ll be responsible for: Following and delivering each project to the program. ♂️ Ensuring all Health and Safety policies are followed on site. ✋ Ensuring all works are delivered to an excellent standard. Organisation and preparation of documents, materials, and project delivery tasks. Answering phone calls and emails from suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Ensuring that our internal records, costs and paperwork are accurate and up to date. Collaborating with our skilled workforce to get things done the right way, first time. Identifying areas of improvement and suggesting solutions to streamline operations The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience as a Contract Manager within the roofing and cladding industry.
