French & English-Speaking Customer Account Administrator, Rugby
Salary: £26,000 per annum - can rise to £27,000 after 6 months
Hours of work: 8.30 - 5 pm Monday - Thursday, 8.30 - 4.30 pm Friday
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working after 6 months - 1 day working from home and 2 days after 12 months
Reporting to: Project Administration Manager, providing a high standard of administration support for the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high standard administration support for the French market.
2. Organise workload, be proactive, and project manage high value orders.
3. Chase quotes, promote online offerings, build rapport with customers, and offer product switches to increase market share and order conversions.
4. General account administration, working to KPI's.
5. Fast-paced sales order entry and project managed store orders working to tight deadlines.
6. Generate quotes and chase for conversion to increase the company's market share.
7. Liaise with internal departments to facilitate a smooth process from quote through to post shipment after sales care.
8. Handle warranty claims for both buyouts and fab to ensure a quick resolution for the customer.
9. Produce customs documentation and liaise with customers, freight forwarder, and shipping team.
10. Support the AR function of allocated accounts to ensure that overdues are kept to a minimum.
Skills Required:
1. Strong administration skills, customer focused.
2. Good sales order processing skills.
3. Proficient in MS Office - Word & Excel.
4. Team player.
5. Preference given to those from a manufacturing environment.
