Job title Electro-Mechanical Engineer Job Summary As an Engineer specializing in vibration sensor manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, and optimization of vibration sensors used in various industrial applications. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the production of high-quality sensors that meet industry standards and customer requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for technical support across the Production, Engineering and Sales function for the Group. Responsibilities and duties Daily technical support across all production areas. Utilize AutoCAD to design components for vibration sensors and vibration monitoring equipment. Assist Operations and Engineering Management with NPI, providing procedures and operator training. Develop and update works procedures for product manufacture. Quickly amend BOMs where found to be incorrect and ensure drawing requirements a mirrored via communication with engineering. Work with Production and Engineering managers to improve electronics manufacturing skills and best practices. Design, develop and build jigs and fixtures to build efficiencies into the production process. Provide technical support to improvement projects. Provide leadership and supervisory support where the Production and Engineering managers require it. Technical support to internal and external sales teams. Desired qualifications and skills Has worked in a fast-paced engineering role before. Excellent communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Autocad drawing package. Extensive knowledge and experience of manufacturing processes. Degree level electronics education. Has experience in production engineering role. Supervisory skills would be an advantage to employment.
