We have a vacancy for a Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant in lower key-stage 2 (possibly Year 4) starting on Monday 24th February 2025 (or earlier if available) This is a permanent post, working 31 hours per week The successful candidate will: Be encouraging, patient and kind. Be a team player who is punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Understand the importance of building relationships with children. Hold the appropriate teaching assistant qualification Be a role model for the children and display our school values at all times. Have good numeracy & literacy skills. Be able to support groups and individuals to meet their potential. Have effective communication and organisation skills. Have a good understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities. Ensure the safeguarding of children remains the highest priority. Continue to develop in ongoing professional development.
