We are currently looking for Paramedics with 5 years experience+ for a Primary Care Network in South Croydon and Selsdon for home visiting.
Job Share: 2 - 3 days per week. Monday / Thursday and Friday

We are actively seeking enthusiastic Paramedics who are interested in becoming part of a local initiative in North East London. Our expanding array of exciting and diverse projects offers a unique opportunity for those seeking a forward-thinking alternative from the traditional rush of 'blue light' emergencies.
The Role: You will collaborate closely with GPs and other Healthcare Professionals, conducting patient assessments, assisting with care plans, making referrals to community teams, updating records, ensuring patient safety, administering vaccinations, and managing patients within the appropriate care setting.
The work of a FCP Paramedic in a Primary Care Network varies from practice to practice. Possible options include:
1. Acute and chronic disease management home visiting service
2. Care home ward rounds
3. One the day clinics for acute conditions
4. Advance care planning conversations
5. ECGs, BP checks and phlebotomy
6. Visiting house-bound or vulnerable patients
Requirements:
* HCPC registered Paramedic since 2020 or earlier.
* Interested in dealing with patient care in the community.
* Willingness to complete essential development and portfolio work.
* Urgent and Primary Care HEE level 6 education.
