Graduate Website Data Analyst – Channel Sales Support Analyst - Love data, sales, excel? - Alton, Hampshire
This is a fantastic, modern e-commerce retailer account management role for a family run business who sell beautiful products both Nationally and Internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales through Online Retailers - Amazon, Wayfair etc. – 100% account management
* E-Retailer Consultation - What does the data mean to the customer?
* Manage the online division for a well-established business, build relationships, help them grow!
Role Duties:
* Support the online clients’ web developers / tech personnel by analysing website data to help strengthen our listing portfolio and increase organic search traffic to our product pages.
* Develop and implement data models, databases, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimise efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
* Identify products that are performing well or poorly, understanding customer buying patterns, and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
* Assist the Director of Sales with maximising sales for key trade activities such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday promotions, and new product launches.
* Develop a strong understanding of the business and the markets in which we operate, keeping up to date with trends and consumer needs.
* Identify new and innovative ways to drive growth to key e-tailers' websites.
* Create visualisations and reports to effectively communicate findings to Senior Management.
* Ensure all data is accurate and consistent when processing it for analysis.
* Assist with the uploading of new products, imagery, and inputting of product information.
* Participate in other projects and duties in relation to pre and post sales activities.
* Provide backup to the Sales Office Administrators as required.
* Carry out any other duties as directed by the Director of Sales.
We’re looking for:
* Experience of working within a similar eCommerce role
* An excellent communicator and influencer who can converse easily with others, including remote teams.
* Commercially astute, ambitious, data savvy with strong sales analysis and reporting experience.
* B2C retail and website management experience is essential.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills are crucial.
* Solid knowledge of PPC, SEO, AdWords, Google Analytics and overall Google brand development.
* Experience with the Wayfair / Amazon / Costco portals and product uploading would be advantageous.
* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and under tight timeframes.
