Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Services Location : Derby Rate : £32 per hour Our client in Derby is looking for a qualified social worker to join their dedicated team of professionals in their Adults Community Team. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will conduct assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and risks. You will advocate for clients’ rights and access to services, collaborating with community resources and stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in outreach activities to raise awareness and build partnerships.
