Who You Are You are a skilled Dynamics 365 Admin/Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You possess strong technical skills in the Dynamics 365 platform, with expertise in customisation, configuration, and integration. You are proficient in Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and other O365 applications. Your comprehensive knowledge includes CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, SOAP endpoints, and Object-Oriented Programming. You are adaptable and eager to learn new technologies, displaying excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant Microsoft certifications, would be advantageous. What the Job Involves In this role, you will administer and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance. You will develop and implement custom solutions, including workflows, plugins, and integrations, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. Responsibilities include managing web resources, designing APIs with NodeJS within Azure, and handling backend components using MS-SQL. You will utilise the Microsoft O365 suite to enhance CRM functionality, provide technical support, and ensure data integrity. Following Agile practices and contributing to Scrum meetings are integral parts of this position.
