The Role As Head of Data & Digital Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s data strategy and driving business growth through actionable insights. Reporting to the CFO, this hands-on leadership role will see you collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to democratise data and enable data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring a team of Analysts & Engineers. Designing and implementing a data strategy aligned with business objectives. Overseeing data collection, integration, and quality management to ensure robust data governance. Developing and maintaining a suite of business reports and dashboards (Power BI) to inform strategic decision-making. Managing ETL processes and optimising data storage and modelling using tools such as Snowflake, FiveTran, and dbt. Providing actionable insights to support growth initiatives. Acting as the point of contact for all internal and external data considerations. Analysing customer behavioural data across web and app platforms. Your Experience We are looking for an accomplished data professional with a passion for insights and innovation. The ideal candidate will have: Expertise in SQL and reporting tools like Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights. Knowledge of digital analytics tools, preferably GTM and GA4. Experience in database management and familiarity with ETL processes. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing small teams. A good understanding of data modelling, and warehousing principles.
