PA to Director
This is a newly created role to provide PA support to one of the Directors.
PA to Director Responsibilities
This PA role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to:
1. Diary planning and management and the booking of meetings, flights/ travel
2. Email management of multiple inboxes - review, categorise and action
3. Answering telephone and dealing with enquiries
4. General administration, including filing on DCS/ Sharepoint
5. Finance administration, including invoices, expenses
6. HR administration, including setting up new starters and liaising with payroll
7. Management of office supplies
8. Ad hoc duties that will take the load off the Director
PA to Director Rewards

PA to Director Experience
This is a busy ever-changing office environment, providing different services to a range of clients, and the PA must, therefore, be able to multi-task and prioritise a daily workload including that of the Directors. You will have experience of managing multiple email inboxes and diaries including extensive understanding of categorising, flagging, and of planning logistics, booking travel and hotels. You will also support with other ad hoc administration duties such as HR and Finance and so it is essential that you are organised and possess excellent time management skills. You will be collaborative with excellent written and communication skills as you will work closely with all levels of individuals in the business as well as being the gatekeeper for external communications and liaise directly with clients. You must have a can-do attitude and proven experience working as a PA, and of handling confidential information.
