We expect our Deputy Store Managers to be confident leaders who can inspire and motivate their teams. You'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Tasks
You'll set clear goals and expectations for the store team, lead by example, and provide guidance and support when needed. You'll also be responsible for managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and improving KPIs.
