You will inherit three of our existing homes as well as working with your team to open a number of new homes in the area.
Although you would be based either at our Lymm or Worsley offices, you will spend much of your time in the field working with your operations teams to maximise their potential. Between you and the teams, you will always be looking for new ways to enrich the lives of the people that we support.
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting the individual and changing needs of all governing body regulations
2. Complying with all company policies and procedures
3. Developing and motivating a high performing team
4. Taking an active role in the appointment, training and induction for new settings

What makes this role at Bright Futures different is the opportunity to personally and professionally grow whilst making a real difference to people's lives.
Qualifications:
To be successful, you will be an established Area Manager or a very experienced Senior Registered Manager within a similar, CQC regulated environment. You will be ready to take on additional responsibility within a rapidly growing business but will always want to remain close to the people you will be supporting.
It is essential that you will have NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care or Equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering high quality care. You will have an ability to lead and develop a large team to assist in their career journeys to help them thrive and grow while living and breathing the values that run through all of us.
A full driving license is also essential.
This is an opportunity to be part of something special, working in a fulfilling environment, developing your own career journey. In return, we provide exceptional benefits including a competitive salary, life assurance, and health cover.
At Bright Futures, awaken your potential whilst improving the lives of the people we support. Your individuality could make a real difference!
