The role:
We’re growing the team and looking for a Creative Strategist within our thriving, award-winning creative and digital agency. Working with ambitious brands, you’ll love to create bold, strategic, and impactful brand experiences that drive results.
You’ll be at the heart of our creative and strategic work, shaping compelling brand narratives and delivering insight-driven campaigns, identities and platforms. You’ll work closely with our clients, creative teams, and account managers to develop strategies that inspire, engage, and deliver measurable results.
With an amazing client list, we have multiple streams of work, across a variety of clients and sectors, you’ll beworking closely with the Creative Director and Creative Lead, helping to shape branding, campaign and digital projects which will span across multiple touch points including print, websites, social, PPC advertising, film and animation… or anywhere else the project needs to go!
Key responsibilities:
* Work on compelling pitches/proposals for potential clients across a mix of sectors.
* Develop creative strategies for brand, digital, and marketing campaigns.
* Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor insights to inform creative direction.
* Work closely with designers, copywriters, and digital teams to bring strategies to life.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into powerful creative ideas, tactics and solutions.
* Present strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to drive innovative thinking.
* Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, optimising strategies for continuous improvement.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Be incredibly self-motivated and ideas led.
* Proven experience in a strategic or planning role within a creative, branding, or marketing agency.
* A strong understanding of brand storytelling, audience psychology, and digital marketing trends.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively.
* A mix of analytical thinking and creative flair – you can crunch data, spot trends, and craft compelling narratives.
* Experience with workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategy meetings.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
