We are seeking an Administrator to provide essential contract demobilisation support within the Facilities Management sector. This role is based in Newland, Lincoln and requires an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with FM Maintenance Supply Chain partners to ensure the closure and updating of CAFM task orders. This involves primarily telephone communication, supplemented by emails and other forms of correspondence. The role is full-time, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. The position offers a PAYE rate of £12 per hour, with an option for Umbrella at £15.02 per hour.
