The Grand Hotel features 185 bedrooms and extraordinary suites, a glamorous cocktail bar, a buzzing New York style restaurant, and eight magnificent meeting and event rooms - as well as the spectacular, Louis XIV-style Grand Ballroom.
Evening Housekeeper
As Evening Housekeeper you work within the “heart of the house” bring your personality and flair to provide a warm, always welcome friendly service to our guests. The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests, time and time again achieving Grand standards.
This role is for 20 hours per week and will cover evening shifts 5pm-9pm 5 days per week
What you will do
• To promote an always welcome and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships
• Answer the phone to, and complete, all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete any required turndown service
• To maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas, such as lobby, bathrooms and corridors
• To complete any additional deep cleaning schedule assigned to you

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience is not essential, but must be willing to learn
• Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate would be fully flexible in their approach to work and be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends
