Resident Host / Customer Service Advisor – Residential Living East London Up to £28k per annum Monday – Friday - Shifts between 8am – 8pm (typically (8am -5pm or 11am-8pm) 1 Saturday per month Synced are looking for a Resident Host / Customer Service Advisor to be the friendly face of a seriously impressive residential building in East London. This is more than just a customer service role – it’s about creating a real sense of community and ensuring residents feel at home. You may currently be working as a Customer Service Advisor, Community Associate, Resident Host, Resident Services Advisor, Front of House, Receptionist or in a similar customer services role – whatever your title, what really matters is your people-first attitude and ability to provide an exceptional experience. Outline duties: Being the first point of contact for residents – providing a warm welcome and ensuring they have the best possible experience. Building strong relationships with residents and creating a true sense of community. Managing social media channels for the building. Supporting sales & marketing – conducting site tours, handling leasing & renewals, and promoting memberships. Overseeing building administration – including tenancy & lease documentation. Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors. Organising events to enhance resident engagement. What We’re Looking For: A people person – warm, friendly, and approachable. Customer service obsessed – you love delivering great experiences. Highly organised – able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
