Location: Bolton
Salary: £1800 - £2000 per month, Full Time (potential salary depending on experience and/or qualifications and number of hours worked each week) PAYE
Contract Duration: Jan 25 - July 25
The School and Role

One of my schools, as part of a trust, is seeking an Intervention Teaching Assistant/Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM each day, supporting pupils to learn in an engaging classroom environment. The work will involve picking planned lessons and supporting children in the absence of their teacher.
You will be working in the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 department, developing a routine, supporting their behaviour for learning, developing communication and language skills, and exploring feelings in a positive manner.
Requirements:
* Distribute and adapt sessions.
* Knowledge and ability to teach children from planned resources.
* Able to work on your own initiative and bring plenty of ideas to support KS1 and/or KS2 children.
* Communicate your own ideas of how to deliver your favourite and interesting topics.
* Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children while aiming high for all children.
* Be a positive and resilient role model for children, parents, and the local community.
