Customer Service Coordinator Trainee

Circa £21,000 plus benefits, annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and regular incentives

Duties
1. Raise & process customer purchase orders as well as order acknowledgements
2. Raise packing lists for inward shipments
3. Check purchase orders to ensure they match requested production orders
4. Receive and send shipping documents to clearing agents
5. Raise customer invoices
6. File completed invoice packs, purchase orders and archiving
7. Review and follow delivery schedules with the logistics department
8. Update the system with shipping information
9. Track deliveries and shipments and update customers
10. Deal with general customer enquiries and provide purchase order updates
11. Raise credit notes, debit notes and proforma invoices when needed
12. Provide Sales support based on requests coming from the Sales Managers across Europe
Essential criteria:
1. Be fluent or native in at least 1 Eastern European language
2. Be highly proficient with MS Office
3. Have accurate data entry skills
4. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
5. Have some customer service experience
6. Be literate and numerate
7. Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
