Job overview
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join the Typing and Patient Tracking Team at the Dermatology department at Castle Hill Hospital.
As a Senior Administrator, you will support the administration team to manage the end-to-end clinical administrative processes associated with the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high-quality administration service.
The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability, and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. As a Senior Administrator, you will be involved in the end-to-end patient pathway providing administrative support to your line managers within Administration and the wider organisation.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa, and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
Our Senior Administrators play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients' end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team. Your day-to-day duties may include:
* Clinic letter transcription
* Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
Although previous administration experience would be helpful, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a healthcare setting and those with a 'can do' attitude. Candidates should possess the following skills:
